Energy healing arrived in my life in divine timing. I was burnt out from my job, grieving the loss of three loved ones, and feeling betrayed by my body as it raged with PCOS and Hashimoto’s. It felt like life was happening to me, not for me. I felt lost in the noise but I knew there was more than the never-ending hustle. 

In a plea to the Universe, I asked my spirit guides to show me the way to my utmost fulfillment. Their answer was clear and immediate! Having rarely heard of energy healing, suddenly, it was everywhere. I started hearing it mentioned in books, podcasts, and social media. Friends and family started bringing it up casually in conversation. It felt like all roads led to restoring my aura. I chose to follow that intuitive calling and it’s the best thing I have ever done for myself. 

For the past few years, I have been committed to my healing and restoration. I have been strengthening my energetic sensitivities and intuition to open to the guidance of the Universe. I made space to align with my higher self and have reconnected with my life force. Energy healing has offered me a path to healing my body and strengthening my spiritual wellness. This loving practice has made me whole again, and I want to share that space of transformation with you.
